Purchasing from Wall Genie® couldn’t be easier. Our easy to use website has several categories, simply select the category you require and find the item you want to purchase. Each product may have variations in size and colour etc, so to ensure we have all the information needed for your purchase, you can only add your item to the basket once you have chosen your preferences for that particular item. These can consist of colour, size, personalisation details or crop.

To view, edit or remove the item, simply click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of each page. You can checkout or pay by clicking on the “checkout” button. Simply enter the relevant details, the postage cost will automatically show depending on your location. Complete your payment by choosing to pay either by credit card / debit card or PayPal. A confirmation email will then notify you once we have received your order and payment.

At Wall Genie® we want you to be delighted with your purchase and make every effort for our customers to achieve the very best results. However, we can not be held responsible for any damage caused by removal/installation of our products. Preparation of surfaces are the responsibility of the buyer. Application/removal of our our products should be carried out at the buyers own risk.

Our products are designed for applying to smooth surfaces only. We do not recommend they are applied to any surface other then being 100% smooth and we cannot be held responsible for less than perfect results. Different variations of paint types such as some wipe-clean type paints can cause adhesion issues. Please always check with the manufacturers guidelines before purchasing and applying a wall sticker. We recommend waiting at least three weeks before applying to recently painted walls to allow them to cure, as failure to do so can cause problems with adhesion.

We reserve the right to change specifications and design elements at any time without prior notice. The colours of the designs reproduced in this website have been matched as close as web technology allows. All sizes are approximate.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must return your order unused and complete within 14 days of notifying us. Any stickers that have been peeled and replaced will class the whole item as used so are non returnable. Partial items are non returnable. Custom made orders are non returnable.

Contact must be made with us by email to sales@wallgenie.com prior to returning any products, so we can give instructions of the return procedure.

All returns must be sent back sealed in protective packaging and sent via recorded delivery to ensure their safe receipt. We cannot be responsible for returns which are lost in the postal system.

Cancellations must be requested by email to sales@wallgenie.com as soon as possible after ordering to avoid them being produced and posted.

All refunds will be processed as soon as possible after the return has been received and accepted by us. Refunds are processed during working hours only.

If an item has been lost or delayed, you must allow 15 working days for the U.K and 30 working days internationally before we resend or issue a refund.

We endeavour to produce and dispatch your item within 2-4 working days.

Dispatch times are an estimate and during busy periods these can be longer.

Postage is calculated at checkout. Please note we are unable to combine postage of multiple orders once they have been placed. Items are posted using Royal Mail or courier.

We do not share or disclose any information given when fulfilling an order on our website. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Cookies are used on our website to track your order and to share your delivery details only. We will only email you to notify you of news and promotions if prior consent is given.
